Stages of "Blind Betrayal" quest
1. Speak to Elder Maxson
I've been informed that Elder Maxson has an urgent mission for me and I should report to him on the Prydwen immediately.
He will tell you that Paladin Danse is a synth and that you have to hunt and execute him.
2. Speak to Proctor Quinlan
According to Elder Maxson, Paladin Danse is actually an Institute Synth in disguise and needs to be executed. Unfortunately, Danse has disappeared but Proctor Quinlan might have a way to track him down.
At some point Scribe Haylen joins you and tells you, that you should accompany her to the fight deck.

4. Speak to Scribe Haylen
Haylen will tell you where you can find Paladin Danse and will ask you to let him tell his side of the story.
5. Travel to Listening Post Bravo
Scribe Haylen has told me that I'm likely to find Paladin Danse at Listening Post Bravo. She's also pleaded with me not to kill him without letting him tell his side of the story. I'll have to decide when I arrive at the bunker.
6. Locate Paladin Danse
Use the terminal to power up the elevator and go down.
7. Speak to Paladin Danse
Paladin Danse knows that he is a synth and that he should be destroyed, but you can try to convince him that he should be alive.
8. Execute Paladin Danse
Available if you failed to convince Paladin Danse and/or decided to kill him.
I've decided that I have no choice but to execute Paladin Danse. All that remains is pulling the trigger.
If you leave the bunker without killing him, then he will kill himself.
8.1. Retrieve Paladin Danse's Holotags
Paladin Danse is dead. I should retrieve his holotags to use as proof of his demise.
8.2. Report to Elder Maxson
Paladin Danse is dead. I should return to Elder Maxson and inform him that my mission is complete.
9. Leave Listening Post Bravo
Available, if you convinced Paladin Danse.
I've decided to allow Paladin Danse to live, but he needs to flee the Commonwealth immediately. I should escort him outside the bunker to make sure he leaves safely.
Elder Maxson will be waiting for you outside the bunker. Talk to him ASAP or he will execute Paladin Danse.
9.1. Watch Danse's Execution
Available if you wasn't fast enough, and haven't started a conversation with Elder Maxson outside the bunker.
9.1.1. Speak to Elder Maxson
Paladin Danse is dead. I should speak to Elder Maxson as soon as possible.
9.1.2. Return to the Prydwen
Paladin Danse is dead. Now that my mission at Listening Point Bravo is complete, Elder Maxson has asked me to report back to the Prydwen for my next assignment.
9.2. Speak to Elder Maxson
Available if you have started a conversation with Elder Maxson outside the bunker.
Now you can try to convince Elder Maxson that he should spare Paladin Danse - (LISTEN TO ME)

Available if you were able to convince Elder Maxson to spare Paladin Danse.
9.2.1.1. Speak to Elder Maxson
Elder Maxson has agreed to spare Paladin Danse, but he's no longer welcome with the Brotherhood. Danse has decided to set up camp at Listening Post Bravo. I should now return to the Prydwen for debriefing.
9.2.2. Execute Paladin Danse
Available if you failed with convincing Elder Maxson to spare Paladin Danse and/or choosen to execute him yourself.
After being confronted by Elder Maxson outside of Listening Post Bravo, I've decided to obey his orders and execute Paladin Danse.
9.2.2.1. Speak to Elder Maxson
Paladin Danse is dead. I should speak to Elder Maxson as soon as possible.
9.2.2.2. Return to the Prydwen
Paladin Danse is dead. Now that my mission at Listening Point Bravo is complete, Elder Maxson has asked me to report back to the Prydwen for my next assignment.
9.2.3. Watch Danse's Execution
Available if you failed with convincing Elder Maxson to spare Paladin Danse and refused to execute him. Elder Maxson will do it.
9.2.3.1. Speak to Elder Maxson
Paladin Danse is dead. I should speak to Elder Maxson as soon as possible.
9.2.3.2. Return to the Prydwen
Paladin Danse is dead. Now that my mission at Listening Point Bravo is complete, Elder Maxson has asked me to report back to the Prydwen for my next assignment.
10. Quest completed
With Danse's situation resolved, Elder Maxson has promoted me to Paladin and awarded me a full suit of Paladin's Power Armor which I can find on the Prydwen's Main Deck.
You will gain an access to Power Armor BOS V T-60d.
