Stages of "Troubled Waters" quest
1. Travel to Graygarden
Radio Freedom reported a strange message from a robot, asking for help from the Minutemen. I should go to Graygarden and find out what the trouble is.
2. Investigate the Water Treatment Plant
Supervisor White of Graygarden asked me to look into why the farm's water supply has been declining.
Go to the plant, enter the building and use an elevator to go down. Find the flooded room.
3. Drain the flooded Water Treatment Plant
Weston Water Treatment Plant has been flooded. If I want to restore the water supply to Graygarden, I'll have to get it up and running again.
You have to use the four pump control switches. After pressing each of them, water level goes down and you gain an access to the next switch.
4. Restart the Main Pump
Control panel is next to the main pump.
5. Return to Supervisor White
I managed to restart the Weston Water Treatment Plant. I should report back to Supervisor White in Graygarden for my reward.
There is an eleavator to the surface in the room next to the pump.
