1. Investigate radio broadcast

I heard a radio broadcast by a man named Rex. He was begging to be rescued from super mutants who have taken him captive in Trinity Tower.

Get on top of the Trinity Tower and talk to Rex.

2. Unlock cage

I've rescued Rex from the super mutants holding him captive on the top of Trinity Tower. More are coming to kill us, and the only way down is on the outside of the tower.

Cage is master-locked. The key to open it is in the nearby chest.

There is a Melee Bobblehead inside the cage, take it.

3. Get Rex to Safety

And the fastest way down is ...

4. Talk to Rex Goodman

I've rescued Rex from the super mutants holding him captive on the top of Trinity Tower.

5. Quest completed

From now, Strong can be your companion.
