This quest will be triggered or can be aquired when you complete The Molecular Level quest.
Stages of "Inside Job" quest
1. Insert Network Scanner holotape into Institute terminal
Sturges gave me a holotape that will scan the Institute's computer network for useful data. All I need to do is run it on any Institute terminal, and then return it to Sturges for analysis.
2. Give holotape to Sturges
I ran the Network Scanner holotape on the Institute computer network. I should return it to Sturges so he can analyze the data for any useful intelligence on the Institute.
