Stages of "Institutionalized" quest
1. Enter the Elevator
I've finally reached the Institute. I need to find my son, and then find a way out.
Enter the elavator, follow the corridor and use another elevator. In the room with a boy, try to talk to him.
At the end of the conversation with Father (60 years old Shaun) you will have to make a decision - do you want to join the Institute?
2. Meet the Division Leaders
Available if you decided to join the Institute:
I've found my son, who is now sixty years old and the leader of the Institute. I've accepted his invitation to join the Institute, and need to introduce myself to the department heads.
Yo need to speak with Allie Filmore, Clayton Holdren, Madison Li and Justin Ayo.

2.1. Use the Network Scanner Holotape
Stage available only if you have not done this before becouse it's required for main story progress.
2.2. Quest completed
From now you can fast travel to the Institute. Next quest - Synth Retention.
3. Exit the Institute
Available if you refused to join the Institute:
I've found Shaun, who is now sixty years old and the Director of the Institute. I've turned down his offer to join him, and now have no choice but to leave the Institute.
Go back to the teleporter pod.
3.1. Use the Network Scanner Holotape
Stage available only if you have not done this before becouse it's required for main story progress.
3.2. Quest completed
If you used the Minuteman's help to build a teleport, then you will receive a new quest - Form Ranks.
Next / new quests are Form Ranks (Main Story, Minutmen), Synth Retention (Main Story, The Institute).
