Talk to Katy inside Vault 81.
This quest will be triggered or can be aquired when you complete Vault 81 quest.
Stages of "Short Stories" quest
1. Talk to Katy
Go to the classroom in Vault 81. If Katy and kids aren't there, just sit on a chair and use "wait" option.
2. Quest completed
As a reward for nice story you will receive an issue of Grognak The Barbarian.
