Tesla Science Magazine
There are a total of 120 magazines + 1 book to collect in Fallout 4. Each magazine grants the player additional perks when read, or unlock certain benefits. Some of those perks can have multiple ranks, with the rank increasing each time the player reads the new magazine.

Every issue of Tesla Science Magazine you collect adds a rank in the Tesla Science perk, which grants a slight increase to Critical hit damage with Energy weapons.
