Description of Unstoppables, Dr Brainwash and His Army of De-Capitalists!
Every issue of The Unstoppables you collect adds a rank in the Unstoppable perk, which grants a slight increase to the chance that an enemy attack will do no damage.

Permanently gain +1% chance of avoiding all damage from an attack.
In total there are five editions of The Unstoppables: "Commie-Kazi vs. Manta Man", "Possessed by Ragnarok! Who Can Stop The Unstoppable Grog-Na-Rok?", "Trapped in the Dimension of the Pterror-Dactyls!", "Visit the Ux-Ron Galaxy!!" and "Dr Brainwash and His Army of De-Capitalists!".
The library room inside the Shaw High School is master-locked. If your skill isn't high enough then you need to unlock door (expert locked) to Principal Tanner's office then unlock his desk (novice-locked) and take Library Key.
