Toussaint is a small duchy within the Nilfgaardian Empire, famous for its wines, enabled by the volcanic soil. Toussaint has no military or an army of its own, nor a police force, just a few regiments of knights-errant watching the borders and roads. The capital of Toussaint is Beauclair.
You should be approximately level 34 before you start your adventure in Toussaint. You will also be able to start with a premade level 34 character.
Toussaint is the land of love and wine where spilling some wine is at times a greater crime than spilling some blood.
Family vendettas, killings, poisonings - essentially events that could be termed wine wars - had once been the daily fare.
In this day and age, however, vintners no longer resorted to such drastic measures, yet occasional sabotage remained an intrinsic element of competition in their domain...
